Bible Study
Wednesday Discovery Group–
The Discovery Group will be starting a new study on the Biblical
Wisdom Literature. This video series will survey the scriptural texts of
Proverbs, Job, Ecclesiastes, Song of Songs, and Daniel, the apocrypha texts of
Ecclesiastic’s and the Wisdom of Solomon along with selections from the Gospels
and Psalms. Themes covered include suffering of the innocent, friendship,
virtue and vice, decision making life priorities, illness and death. All are
welcome to join us Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at RRCC.

Caring Hearts Prayer Group-4:30 pm The prayer group meets on Wednesday afternoon, 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The name tells why we meet each week to pray for our people, our shut-ins, those sick and lonely, those needing God’s love (as we all do) and those needing guidance and security. These prayers continue each day through the week because we have caring hearts, thus our new name, "Caring Hearts Prayer Group." Consider joining this group. We will resume our Wed. night studies at Diana Morrow's home 7 pm-9pm completing the study of Daniel by Beth Moore. Wed. 9/23/09, we will begin a brand new Beth Moore Study, Jesus the One and Only. This Study was filmed in Israel. It’s a wonderful starting point for all and especially for those that haven’t been in a Bible Study before. Please join us. With the willingness to learn, you will become firmly rooted in God’s Word. Have you heard the expression, “You can’t outgive God”?
